Get to know your upper leg
There are numerous muscles in the thigh that can be separated into these main muscle groups.
Front Thigh
Your quadriceps consist of four long muscles that run down the front of your thigh. They work together to primarily extend, or straighten, your knee. You use your quads every time you take a step, jump or kick.

There’s always something in the news to do with skating, but over the last couple of weeks there have been a couple of things which caught my eye.
KENT — A high school student in a thong and inline skates being videotaped by his buddy on a trail Tuesday offended a golfer, who assaulted the cameraman and teed off on the camera, according to police.
